Here is your chance to meet that significant other in a great setting - a cruise on the Carnival Ecstasy, Los Angeles to Mexico. At myTravelAgency.com, we are organizing groups to sail the 3 day Mexico cruise. The target group size is 40 or more persons, half of them male, and half female. There are two groups, one for the age range 25-39, and one for the ages 40 and over. We will ticket your air travel from anywhere in the world to Los Angeles and arrange for the transfers from the airport to the ship and back.

You will be greeted by the myTravelAgency.com hostess after boarding the ship, and there will be a hosted get-acquainted cocktail party prior to sailing. You will be able to avail yourself of all the shipboard activities during the Friday to Monday cruise, including the Saturday visit to Mexico on the three day cruise and Ensenada plus Catalina on the four day cruise. There will be subsequent private get-togethers for the groups during the cruise, and in the meantime you are free to mix with your new-found friends - attending the great shows - visiting Ensenada - dining - dancing - visiting the casino - sipping a margarita at a quiet piano bar - checking out the star-filled sky - whatever suits your interest. Bring your camera. We will provide a group list before the trip. . . just names, hobbies, smoking preference, and optional volunteered items - no contact information.

The Ecstasy was built in 1991, and is one of the pearls of the Carnival fleet. We will reserve inside cabins for lowest price and outside cabins at a slightly higher cost than inside cabins. . . so that you can tell day from night after your late hour fun. To keep your cost down, we will assign one smoking or non-smoking same-sex person or share your cabin. We will take it upon ourselves to place you with appropriate group members. Perhaps you are traveling with friends. . . we will put you in the same cabin. And, if you are so motivated, you can have a cabin all to yourself by paying a premium.

Single Seniors:
We are glad to pair single senior cruisers for cruises of their choice. We will ask you for a minimal amount of information to ensure that your room-mate is compatible with your life-style as closely as we can. We offer this service for individuals for the cruise of your choice - not necessarily the Carnival 3 day Mexico cruise. Any information you provide will be handled on a confidential basis, and you and your possible room-mate will receive a blind (no-name) copy of each other's information.

Air:
myTravelAgency.com through its underlying agency, Courtyard Travel, Inc. will arrange your air either directly or through Carnival's Air Fare Supplement Program, whichever is less expensive.

Insurance:
Carnival offers you a Cruise Vacation Protection Plan which will cover you for cancellation due to injury, illness, or death, or for trip interruption, lost baggage, emergency evacuation, and medical expense if necessary. The cost is $39 per person for the three day cruise, and $49 for the four day cruise. We strongly recommend that you take this optional coverage. (Please note that you are not covered for "change of mind" or "business demand" cancellations. )

Cancellations:
If you have to cancel for reasons not covered by insurance you take, cruise line and agency penalties apply. The cruise line penalties will be covered in the detailed information to be provided to you at time of booking. Our agency cancellation penalty is $50

Pre and Post-Trip Excursions:
The staff at myTravelAgency.com will arrange for trip add-ons in the Los Angeles area for you on a case-by-case basis. You can take a few extra days and see the local sights.

Passports:
Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise and is the responsibility of the guest. Any guest traveling without proper documentation will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of the cruise fare will be issued. U.S. citizens must present proof of citizenship in the form of a passport (valid or expired for less than 10 years), original birth certificate, state-issued certified copy of a birth certificate from the Department of Health and Vital Statistics, U.S. Military ID (no dependent IDs), or original naturalization papers. U.S. Alien Residents need a valid Alien Resident Card. Canadian citizens must present a valid passport, original birth certificate or certified copy of a birth certificate. Non-U.S. citizens need a valid passport and a valid, unexpired U.S. Multiple Re-Entry Visa, if applicable. Non-U.S. citizens eligible to apply for admission under the Visa Waiver Pilot Program must still have a valid unexpired passport

All Non-U.S. citizens and U.S. Alien Residents must surrender their passport and/or green cards at the time of embarkation. These documents will be returned upon completion of the immigration inspection.

In addition to the above requirements, all guests must provide an official photo ID. It is important that guest names on travel documents (passport, Alien Resident Card, birth certificates, etc.) be identical to those on the cruise and airlines tickets. Otherwise, proof of name change (i.e a marriage license) OR a valid driver's license or government issued photo ID (i.e. U.S. Military ID) must be presented.

Price:
Prices we quote include all the taxes and port charges, for a twin-share. We will match you with a same-sex cabin mate. Outside cabins are $50-60 more expensive. If you desire a cabin to yourself the tariff is %150 of the twin share and is subject to availabilty.
