WILL YOU VOID TICKETS?
As a general rule, airline tickets may be voided for a small fee up to the day following your ticketing date. This can save you hundreds of dollars if something comes up which changes or eliminates you air travel date. Airlines, internet travel agencies, and many travel agents will not offer this service.

CAN I DEAL WITH YOU VIA EMAIL ?
The initial contacts can be by email communication back and forth, but we need to begin a telephone dialog early in the game. The written exchange is too slow, and many details usually have to be covered. To get the best price, you have to have a real time exchange with us - so that when you shop, you get an apples-to-apples comparison. There are many, many nuances to travel prices. DO YOU DEAL WITH SINGLES TRAVEL ?
We consider singles to be an area of expertise. You will see an 18-35's offering on our New Zealand site, and singles cruise and tour offerings on our MTA site. We maintain a singles data base we call "Club 50/50" - referring to our policy of planning tours and cruises to have a 50/50 ratio between males and females.

WHAT ABOUT TRAVEL INSURANCE ?
We always recommend travel insurance, but be careful. Usually travel insurance only applies to illness or some medical reason in order to cover your cancellation costs. Do not expect to be covered if you simply change your mind, or have a work obligation that arises. There are exceptions to this, particularly with some cruise insurance coverage. People do not ordinarily get insurance for pure air travel - usually travel insurance is purchased along with a cruise or tour booking. Be sure you understand what you are getting if you purchase trip cancellation insurance.
